The initial draft of the Fall 2025 schedule should be submitted to workflow in CLSS on or before 2/16/2025, which is on Sunday.
If you have completed your schedule and need to submit it:
- Log in to CLSS (courseleaf.rice.edu/wen).
- Click Fall Semester 2025 under Current/Future Terms
- Navigate to your scheduling unit.
- Click the red Validate button.
- Click Start Workflow. (If you do not see a Start Workflow button, you will need to correct any errors in your schedule.)
Please note that you won't be able to submit the schedule if a section has Select Room Need as the room type; you are required to select the appropriate room type.
We strongly suggest making as many changes as possible prior to the deadline on Sunday. On Monday, OTR will force submit schedules for all units that have not submitted oneāthis may require us to remove meeting times in order for you to be in compliance with the 2/3 Prime Time Rule and additional work on your end once the schedule reopens for editing on 2/24/2025.
