| View in browser  OTR Controlled Classrooms in certain Spring 2027 meeting time patterns have been exhausted.  Good afternoon,    As we continue preparing for the Spring 2027 term, we want to inform you that the supply of OTR Controlled Rooms for the following time blocks has been exhausted:  Days Times Tuesday–Thursday 10:00am – 12:05pm Tuesday–Thursday 1:00pm – 2:15pm Tuesday 2:30pm – 3:30pm Wednesday 2:00pm – 2:50pm What this means: Existing Sections: Sections already scheduled in these time slots and have requested an OTR Controlled Room remain unaffected. Moving or Updating Sections: You will not be able to move a section into these time slots if it requires an OTR Controlled Room. Additionally, if a section is already scheduled in these time slots, you cannot switch its assignment to an OTR Controlled Room. New Sections: You will not be able to create new sections that require OTR Controlled Rooms in these time slots. Alternative Solution: If you need to update the schedule for any section or add a new section to meet in any of these time slots, you must supply a Department Controlled room.   More information about Spring 2027 Course Scheduling is available here.    If you have any questions or need further assistance, you may respond to this email, and it will be directed to the appropriate staff member.
