Welcome to the Fall 2026 Semester! Happy First Day of Classes! 🎉

 

We want to highlight that ESTHER Waitlists have shifted from a 24 to 12-hour window and turnaround.

 

12 Hour Waitlist Window

  • When a spot opens up, you will have 12 hours from the time the notification email is sent to log into ESTHER and add the course.

  • Log in to ESTHER and check your email frequently so you do not miss your turn. The exact deadline will be listed in your notification email.

Waitlist Schedule and Rules

  • Week 1 (Waitlists Active): Waitlists are ON. The Office of the Registrar cannot process Course Registration Override requests for courses with active waitlists during this time.

  • Week 2 (Waitlists Inactive): Waitlists are OFF for most courses.

  • Exceptions: COLL, FWIS, and some LPAP courses keep their ESTHER waitlists active through the entire Add period.
