Apply to Graduate (Application for Degree)
If you intend to graduate next semester, May (Spring) 2027, and have not already done so, please submit your Application for Degree in ESTHER no later than tomorrow, Friday, October 30, 2026, as stated on the Academic Calendar:
Graduation Deadline: Last day for undergraduate-level students to submit an online Application for degree for a May (Spring) degree conferral with the Office of the Registrar via ESTHER
Academic Progress (Meet with Your Advisor / Degree Works)
As stated in the General Announcements, students are responsible for ensuring that their plan of study meets all degree requirements. In addition to meeting regularly with academic advisors, students should monitor their progress using Degree Works via ESTHER. Once an application to graduate is submitted, the university will conduct multiple progress reviews to ensure all requirements are met prior to final degree conferral.
Declaration or Change of Majors, Minors, and/or Certificates
If you plan to add, drop, or change a major, major concentration, minor, or university certificate, please submit the necessary update(s) as soon as possible, and no later than Friday, March 26, 2027, as stated on the Academic Calendar. Instructions are available here.
