ATTENTION: All Continuing Undergraduate Students (through Spring 2026)
RE: Spring 2026 Course Request Period begins TODAY (Friday, October 31st)

At Rice University, registration for undergraduate students is a two-part process:

• Part 1: Students first submit their desired course selections via ESTHER during an official (two-week) Course Request Period
• Part 2: Students then perform "Adds" and "Drops" via ESTHER after the start of the Add/Drop Period

As noted in the Fall 2025 Academic Calendar, the Spring 2026 registration Course Request Period opens TODAY (Friday, October 31st).

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Friday (10/31): Registration Course Request Period begins
  
• Friday (11/14): Registration Course Request Period ends
• Wednesday (11/19): Registration Add/Drop Period begins
