Notice of system maintenance that will temporarily impact your ability to access certain systems

| View in browser Dear Rice Community,    We would like to inform you about upcoming student system maintenance that will temporarily impact your ability to access certain services.   Services Affected: ESTHER, Edgar, Banner 9 Admin Pages, Degree Works Maintenance Date: Saturday, December 16, 2023 Expected Maintenance Window: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm   During this time, these services will be intermittently unavailable, so you will not be able to do any of the activities you would normally do with these services at that time. This includes activities such as registration (add/drop/wait-listing) and entering grades.   Once the maintenance period is over, you will be able to resume using these services as normal. We recommend planning your activities accordingly and performing any actions prior to the maintenance window if you cannot wait until maintenance is complete.   We appreciate your patience and understanding as OIT (the Office of Information Technology) works to improve Rice systems.   Thank you.
