Dear Student,

This is a reminder that today (Friday, May 16th) is the last day for undergraduate-level May (Spring) degree candidates to convert a "Pass/Fail" to an earned letter grade for courses taken in Spring semester.

If you would like to convert a "P" grade earned in Spring 2025 to a letter grade, you need to do so before 11:59pm tonight. 

To convert the Pass ("P") grade to the originally submitted letter grade:

1. Login to ESTHER
2. From the Students tab, click Students - Registration, then Pass/Fail – View/Convert Grades
3. In the View Pass/Fail Grades section, click the Convert Grade button and follow directions
4. Print, or save a screenshot, of the Pass/Fail conversion screen for your records
