ATTENTION: All Students Registered in Full-Term Courses
RE: Semester Week Two (2) Deadlines (Fall 2025)
We have begun Week Two (2) of the semester. As noted in the Fall 2025 Academic Calendar, this Friday, September 5th is the deadline for the following:
- Last day to ADD courses online via ESTHER
- Last day to adjust variable credit for courses online via ESTHER
- Last day to complete late registration via ESTHER
- Last day to withdraw with a 100% refund of tuition and fees
- Last day for tuition adjustment for part-time students
- Last day to convert a “Pass/Fail” to an earned letter grade for courses taken in Spring/Summer 2025; the process to do so is online via ESTHER
