RE: Semester Week Two (2) Deadlines (Spring 2026)

Tomorrow, Friday, January 23rd, is the end of Week 2. Please read below regarding the deadlines associated with the end of this week.

January 23rd Deadlines

• Last day to ADD courses online via ESTHER
• Last day to adjust variable credit for courses online via ESTHER
• Last day to complete late registration via ESTHER
• Last day to convert a “Pass/Fail” to an earned letter grade for courses taken in Fall 2025 semester; the process to do so is online via ESTHER
• Last day to withdraw with a 100% refund of tuition and fees
• Last day for tuition adjustment for part-time students
• Last day for graduate-level students to submit an online Application for Degree for May (Spring) degree conferral via ESTHER
